CAN I JOIN IF I AM NOT A TEACHER?

Yes! Anyone can join, especially those working with or teaching those using Sign Language for the hearing, deaf, or hard of hearing.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE 2 PRO YEARLY MEMBERSHIPS?

The only difference is with Signing Stars Pro Yearly/Monthly, your emails are specific to getting your Units each month.

Both memberships, give you access to use your ASL Bucks in any way you wish. With Signing Stars, your ASL Bucks are allocated to get all 13 Units with a little left over to shop and your monthly emails guide you each step.

CAN I USE MY ASL BUCKS FOR COURSES?

As always, Members, you get access to the entire site for all things printable and individual courses. Apply your ASL Bucks as your payment.

CAN I USE MY ASL BUCKS TO PURCHASE ANOTHER MEMBERSHIP?

ASL Bucks cannot be used to purchase memberships. Our ASL Bucks program is designed to reward and enhance your shopping experience within our store. These credits can be used for various printable products and individual courses we offer, but unfortunately, they are not applicable toward membership fees. This policy helps us maintain the sustainability and value of our membership offerings, ensuring we can continue providing the highest quality benefits and services to all members.

DO YOU HAVE FREE TRIALS?

While we appreciate your interest, we currently do not offer a free trial membership. However, we do offer affordable membership plans.

DOES THE MEMBERSHIP COME WITH LESSON PLANS?

There are many lesson plans complete with crafts, games, and fun ideas, as well as flashcards, games, and one-sheet pintables for math, literacy, art, and much more. Most of everything is in our Resources category. All lessons are available to the Pro at monthly and yearly levels.

We also have an online ASL dictionary, DIY, ASL novelties, cards, online courses (Professional Development), a forum, members-only videos, and more.

HOW WILL I GET MY PRINTABLES EACH MONTH?

You will be able to log in to your account to navigate to the Resource tab to get what you need as you need.

We will also email you monthly ideas you may not have seen.

It is super easy, but we give you a set of quick video tutorials to help you find and log in to your dashboard the first time and guide you on each of your benefits.

These videos will be emailed to you in the weeks following the start of your membership. We want you to know where and how to get your ASL resources.

You can use your Pay Pal or Credit card to complete the order or adjust your cart before checking out.

CAN I USE A PURCHASE ORDER?

CAN I SHARE MY MEMBERSHIP WITH ANOTHER TEACHER?
Memberships are designed to grant access to educational resources for individual teachers and their respective classrooms or the individuals they are directly collaborating with. If you wish to accommodate multiple users under a single membership, we recommend purchasing additional licenses for the particular product you are wanting to share.

However, it’s worth having separate memberships for each teacher to get full access to all the benefits. This setup allows everyone to enjoy unrestricted access to your membership’s ASL Bucks and take full advantage of our monthly membership bonuses.

If you have any inquiries regarding our licensing options or require assistance in this regard, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. Our team is committed to helping you maximize the benefits of your membership.

WHAT IF I DECIDE TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?

Members agree to a 1-year commitment and are set up for auto-renewal. If you do not wish to continue for a second year, you will need to cancel your membership before your next billing cycle. Due to the immediate access to all digital products, there are no refunds for membership cancelations. All sales are final.

If you cancel your subscription, you’ll lose access to your ASL Bucks, forfeiting any unused credits in your account. We suggest a shopping spree before you cancel. You will have until the end of that current month to do spend your credits/ASL Bucks.

Our goal with this membership is to save you time, stress, and money and help you provide a fun, play-based learning atmosphere for the kids you teach. However, if it isn’t working, you are welcome to cancel just prior to your 1-year renewal period.

Just keep in mind that if you cancel, you will not be able to get back in at the introductory rate.

Use your summer months to take advantage of our online courses and to plan for the new school year.

You’ll be glad you didn’t cancel. Plus, you’ll be able to keep the price you got in at, even if we raise our memberships in the future.

CAN I BECOME A MEMBER FOR A MONTH AND GET WHAT I NEED AND THEN QUIT?

No. Memberships are on an annual basis only. If you are paying a recurring monthly membership for Pro Yearly, you may cancel before your 1-year anniversary renewal date. We hope you will enjoy your membership and want to stay another year. Just a reminder, you will lose access to any limited-time bonuses that expire monthly. In addition, you will only have access to the items you purchased and downloaded on your computer, as they will expire at the end of your membership.

Q: Can I get a refund?
A: No. We do not offer refunds.

Q: Will I still have access to the products I accessed while I was a member?
A: Access continues as long as you are a member. *Please see “What if I decide to cancel” question regarding your ASL Bucks.

Q: Can I rejoin later if I cancel after my 1-year commitment?
A: You sure can.

HOW TO CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP

After your 1-year commitment, cancelations need to be done on your end (see video). Keep in mind if you do cancel, you will not be able to get back in at your current rate.

Once you cancel, you may no longer have access to resources. So make sure to download your orders to your device before you cancel.

Be sure to log in to Paypal and cancel your recurring payment in the dashboard to avoid being charged in the future.
