Yes! Anyone can join, especially those working with or teaching those using Sign Language for the hearing, deaf, or hard of hearing.

DO YOU HAVE FREE TRIALS?

While we appreciate your interest, we do not offer a free trial membership. However, we do offer affordable membership plans.

DOES THE MEMBERSHIP COME WITH LESSON PLANS?

The ASL Pro or ALL Access memberships do not include specific lesson plans; you can choose what you want.

Our resource categories contain many lessons with crafts, games, and fun ideas. You can also find flashcards, games, and one-sheet pintables for math, literacy, art, and more.

We are committed to adding more on an ongoing basis. Sign up for our newsletter to keep informed.

We also have an online ASL dictionary, DIY, ASL novelties, cards, online courses (Professional Development), a forum, members-only videos, and more.

HOW WILL I GET MY PRINTABLES EACH MONTH?

You will be able to log in to your account and navigate to the Resource tab to get what you need as you need it.

We will also email you monthly ideas you may not have seen.

It is super easy, but we have provided a quick course tutorial to help you find and log in to your dashboard the first time and guide you through each of your benefits.

Your course tutorial will be emailed to you after you start your membership. We want you to know where and how to get your ASL resources.

As always, Members, you get access to the entire site for printable and individual courses.

CAN I GET A REFUND FOR A PRODUCT I BOUGHT?

Refund Policy We advise you to review carefully before making any purchase. All transactions for purchasing memberships, intangible products, PDF downloads, resource materials, and online content are non-refundable. All sales are final.

HOW DO I LOG INTO MY ASL ACCOUNT?

Click on “MY ACCOUNT” in the top blue bar. When the account page opens, look at the menu on the left-hand side here; you will see all your personal account information.

CAN I USE A PURCHASE ORDER?

Purchase orders are only for Businesses and Schools wanting to purchase memberships.

CAN I SHARE MY MEMBERSHIP WITH ANOTHER TEACHER?

Memberships are designed to grant access to educational resources for individual teachers and their respective classrooms or the individuals they collaborate with. If you wish to accommodate multiple users under a single membership, we recommend purchasing additional licenses for the product you want to share.

However, having separate memberships for each teacher to get full access to all the benefits is worth it. This setup allows everyone to enjoy unrestricted access to their membership’s bonuses.

If you have any inquiries regarding our licensing options or require assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Our team is committed to helping you maximize the benefits of your membership.

WHAT IF I DECIDE TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?

Memberships auto-renewal. If you do not wish to continue, you must cancel your membership before your next billing cycle. Due to the immediate access to all digital products, there are no refunds for membership cancelations. All sales are final.

Our goal with this membership is to save you time, stress, and money and help you provide a fun, play-based learning atmosphere for the kids you teach. However, if it isn’t working, you can cancel before your renewal period.

Remember that you cannot get back in at the introductory rate if you cancel.

You’ll be glad you didn’t cancel. Plus, you’ll be able to keep the price you got in at, even if we raise our memberships in the future.

Note: You can complete all changes to your membership in your “Account Dashboard,” located in the dropdown menu at the top blue bar.

CAN I BECOME A MEMBER FOR A MONTH AND GET WHAT I NEED AND THEN QUIT?

No. Memberships are only annual. You may cancel before your next renewal date. We hope you will enjoy your membership and want to stay. Just a reminder: You receive lifetime access to the resources in your account.

Q: Can I get a refund?
A: No. We do not offer refunds.

Q: Will I still have access to the products I accessed while I was a member?
A: You receive lifetime access to the resources in your account.

Q: Can I rejoin later if I cancel?
A: You sure can.

HOW TO CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP

You must cancel after your commitment (see video). Remember, you cannot return at your current rate if you cancel.

Once you cancel, you may no longer have access to resources. So make sure to download your orders to your device before you cancel.

Log in to PayPal and cancel your recurring payment in the dashboard to avoid being charged again.
