If you do not wish to continue for a second year, you will need to cancel your membership before your next billing cycle. No. Memberships are on an annual/monthly basis only. If you are paying a recurring monthly membership for Pro Yearly, you may cancel before your next anniversary renewal date. We hope you will enjoy your membership and want to stay another year. Just a reminder, you will lose access to any limited-time bonuses that expire monthly. In addition, you can only access the items you purchased and downloaded on your computer, which will expire at the end of your membership.

Q: Can I get a refund?
A: No. We do not offer refunds.

Q: Will I still have access to the products I accessed while I was a member?
